LEGEND:  All codes for earring and necklace racks begin with a number representing the width of the rack ( 8, 12 or 17 inches approx.) The next number represents the number of rungs that hold earrings (3 to 7), P stands for Pegs, CC is a combination rack with 2 rows of pegs.

MATERIALS:  Our products are made from True Wood... Enjoy the real thing from Mother Nature with all her variations to the theme...wood grain and Hello Knots do exist...We find these differences beautiful and natural...We hope you do too!

SHIPPING:  We make every effort to ship within 3-4 business days of receipt of order... consider to expect delivery within 2 weeks. Once processed transit time is 5 to 7 days to eastern states, 2 to 3 days western states. Normal shipping is UPS Ground with notification by Email for shipdate and tracking number. 3DaySelect, 2nd Day Air and Overnight available on request. Overnight is not intended to imply next day delivery from date of order.

Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, OverSeas: USPS Priority Mail/International is Ship Method...At CheckOut Online, shipping charges are an estimated amount and may differ from actual charges.

Restocking fee is 10% of product price, to be credited back upon return of item in good condition. We do not pay cost of Shipping for returns.
